| 正在租用Onlypoint.com 的伺服器主機，穩定性好高，大半年都沒有Down 過一次Server 。超級滿意，值得一讚！但此公司沒有澳門銀行戶口交錢好麻煩，但還不錯的。技術支援方面的知識也很強很全面，但問下其他野就唔答，只答收費方面的服務。這網友們要留意一下，額外叫他們做一些額外技術設定都要收錢的。 |

客戶服務熱線那個男生都很專業，很多問題都解答到。
但原來佢個月費本身唔包域名登記，要比多 $ 85 . 大家要留意一下。 |

After I looked up the comment here, I guess using this company ("HKHOSTS" and also refered to as "onlypoint") service is a good idea.
May be they think they are the "only" web hosting company in Hong Kong.
I owned a domain name before joining to this company's plan.
When I applied the Plan A of that company, it show
me the message like this (only partial information is
extracted) on 25/11/2005:
"Once your domain resolves, you will be able to follow this link:
或 可請使用此連結登入空間的網上控制台 :
http://www.arthurlamco.com: ..."
There is nothing to show that I must resolve the transfer
of the domain name which I applied to the "onlypoint".
After 2 days later, I still does not see my page up in
the web. Of course, I have already uploaded my index
page.
Then, it sent me the message below:
致貴用戶 :
因為閣下使用我們的Plan A 一年服務( $ 456 HKD ) 當中並沒有包括域名登記服務，
客戶要自行負責域名方面的設定並指向我們的服務器。(這必需域名持有人在域名控制台內設定)
感謝閣下選用我們的服務。如閣下對我們的服務有任何疑問，歡迎和我們聯絡
If I am a technical man, I would choose the $100~$300 plans of other company.
I cannot do the technical studd. So what's the point for
paying the company, if I cannot see my webpage showup in the web.
So my comment for the speed, stability, support, and "operation" are based on my desparate experience.
One statement to summarize all. There is no point to choose "onlypoint". No Point.

The staff is quiet nice and helpful.
When my web have problem, he always help me the slove and give me some suggestion, to remind me not to do again.
Also ,the server is quiet stable and very fast.
The price is very cheap, it can attrack many customers.
But I think they should do more promotion ,to let more customers to use their service.
I quiet like this web host company~ |

我用過幾間 幾十蚊個月個D 網存商。呢間算幾好，唔會成日Down機.. 但佢個Sun Control Panel 無 Cpanle 用落咁多Function但就易用D .
但我有時有問題 有得打電話即問都有人聽幾好咁 .
不過如果個 Control Panel 有得變中文既話就更好 . ^.^ |
